In 2009 I founded Holland Park Staffing, placing household staff with private families in London, Europe and beyond. This expanded into placing EAs with leading global organisations. Over the years I built a reputation for doing things carefully — briefing candidates properly, understanding what a principal actually needs, and never sending a CV I wasn't prepared to stand behind.
In response to a clear shift in the market — too many agencies, rising placement fees and a race to send CVs rather than find the right person .
I now offer hourly recruitment consultancy. I work in unison with select clients, stepping in as their in-house recruitment person to help them find exactly who they need, without the pressure of a placement fee driving the process. I execute the search exactly as your most trusted person would — if they had the time.
My introduction to private household life came early — I travelled the world with an international family, learning from the inside how exceptional households run. The discretion required, the standards expected, and the human complexity that comes with managing a home, a team and a family's private life all at once. That experience shaped everything that followed.
I have also since worked as a private PA and virtual assistant for boutique businesses, entrepreneurs and private families. A solutions driven individual, often tasked with random last minute requests and needing to think on my feet and wear a variety of hats to get things done.

Holland Park Solutions is the natural evolution of my work. It brings together everything I have learned — household management, HR, recruitment, executive support, creative and digital, and virtual PA services — into one discreet, flexible offering.
Whether you need someone to find the right person, sort out your contracts and handbooks, manage a difficult staff situation, or simply take the day-to-day off your plate, I work alongside you for as long as you need and no longer.
I am based in London and mostly work remotely. I come to you when it adds value. Everything else happens at my desk.
